We have received a few calls from schools today advising the OWA issue is still on going. Engineers are investigating further into the fault.

RFC14408 was successfully completed yesterday evening in order to reboot the Client Access Servers in the TBC datacenter. Further testing was also carried out by attempting to access.login using accounts which were previously experiencing issues - this was also successfull and I could not replicate the issue.
